From the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association:
1 cup medium or dark maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup Carnation milk, 2%
1 pie crust
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients by hand (mixture will get too frothy if you use an electrical mixer). Pour over pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove carefully from oven, as the center of the pie will be liquid. It will continue to cook as it cools. Drizzle with maple syrup, and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
